1. Orders and Payment

  • Payment must be made in full before processing any order unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Pricing

  • Additional costs may apply for custom designs, revisions, and specific requests outside of standard services.

3. Lead Times

  • Lead times vary depending on the service. Digital printing and overprinting can typically be completed within 3-5 business days if stock is available. Flexo printing may take longer due to plate creation.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will notify you of any changes.

4. Design and Artwork

  • You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork unless you opt for custom design services, which will incur an additional fee.
  • If you request a design, we will provide a quote and timeline. Design revisions will be charged according to the scope of the work.
  • If you design your own label, we can provide templates to ensure correct formatting.

5. Quality Control

  • We take great care to ensure the highest quality of printing. However, we are not responsible for any errors in the final product that result from incorrect or incomplete files provided by the customer.
  • Proofs will be provided upon request, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all artwork before printing begins.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made before work begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Refunds will only be issued if there is an error on our part, such as defective products or misprints, and must be claimed within 3 days of receipt.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery times will vary depending on the service and location. We will provide an estimated delivery time upon order confirmation.
  • Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or special delivery requests.

8. Liability

  • While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused by issues beyond our control, such as shipping delays or third-party errors.

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected will be used solely for the purpose of processing your orders and improving your experience with us.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future orders.
  • Flexo-printing: Used for high-volume, multi-color printing on labels and packaging.
  • Overprinting: Can also be used for high volumes. Adds additional information or designs on top of already printed labels or blanks, usually with specialized printers like the Argox overprinters we sell.

The plate cost is a one-time charge per color on the label, required to transfer the design onto the printing press. Cost per plate depends on the size & design complexity. To keep costs manageable, we recommend using fewer colors in your design. However, if you’re aiming for the perfect design with multiple colors, the plate costs will reflect the number of colors used. Feel free to discuss your design options with us, and we’ll help you find a cost-effective solution that fits your vision.

We cater to both high and low-volume printing needs. For digital printing, we accept orders for quantities below 1000 labels. However, for overprinting and flexo printing, the minimum order starts at 5000 labels per color. For very small labels, the minimum order may go up to 10,000. If you have a specific order quantity in mind, feel free to reach out, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

  • Digital Printing: Best for low volumes. The cost per label is higher, but you get durable, customizable labels where color and design have no effect on the price—only the size of the label matters.
  • Flexo Printing: Ideal for high-volume, full-color labels. It offers low running costs but comes with a higher one-time starting cost due to plate creation.
  • Overprinting: Perfect for simple label designs, printing your own designs or barcodes on blank labels, or adding extra information (like expiry dates or barcodes) to your flexo-printed labels.

    • Overprinting: Lead time for overprinting is typically 3-5 business days, but this is only possible if we have stock of the specific label. Otherwise, it may take longer depending on stock availability.
    • Other Services: For lead times on other services, please contact us directly, and we’ll provide you with an accurate estimate based on your specific needs.

A print-ready file is a design file that is fully prepared and formatted for printing, with all necessary settings in place to ensure high-quality results. This includes the correct resolution (typically 300 DPI), proper color settings (CMYK), and bleed areas if needed. The file should also have no layers or fonts that need embedding or additional adjustments. Essentially, it’s a file that’s ready to be sent directly to the printer without any further modifications.

A design fee is charged when you require custom design work, such as creating logos, branding materials, or unique label designs. If you provide your own print-ready artwork, there is no design fee. If revisions or new designs are requested, we will discuss the scope and provide a quote based on the complexity of the project. We aim to offer transparent pricing, so you’ll know the cost upfront before we begin any design work.
